Mafaldine no. 11 "le speciali" - 500 gr. This long pasta, curly on both sides, is so called because the Neapolitans dedicated it to Princess Mafalda of Savoy. It goes well with meat sauces, is excellent with chard and turnips and ideal for pasta c'anciova e muddica (anchovies and breadcrumbs).
