Orecchiette no. 87 "le speciali"- 500 gr. Typical of Puglia and called strascinati in Bari dialect because they take the shape of an ear when they are dragged across the table, tradition marries orecchiette with meat sauce, supplied with chops, and with turnip tops. Bronze wire drawing gives it a particular body and roughness.
