Beer produced by artisan method, high fermentation, not filtered or pasteurized. The light sediment is the result of the natural and traditional process of refermentation in the bottle. Dark colour, with a structured and velvety body. Inebriating aroma of coffee and liquorice. Excellent with wild food (deer or wild boar) or with dry pastries and cream or dark chocolate desserts. Ingredients: Water from Monte Mia, barley malt from our own production, hops, yeast.
